From our headquarters in Australia, luminaires are designed and formulated by a team of experienced R&D engineers and crafted by expert fabricators in our production facility.
Research & Development
Most of our designers and engineers have spent a lifetime in lighting, understanding every nuance of a luminaire.
Each new luminaire range starts with a consultative design process, triggered by conversations and feedback from leading architects, consultants and developers. The result always delivers on the Unios product vision — beautiful design, high performance, and clear value.

With access to cutting edge R&D facilities, the team designs and develops the Unios range after a rigorous testing process. Our digital specialists then bring the luminaires to market with seamless integration into our best-in-class product configuration and project management tool.
Fabrication
Our state-of-the-art fabrication facilities assemble, customise and craft a wide range of interior and exterior luminaires year-round.
Our production team have spent thousands of hours honing the fabrication process to deliver quality, precision and speed. From customising beam angles and fascias to fabricating complex linear luminaire configurations, the Australian production team crafts luminaires for projects of all shapes and sizes.
Testing & Assurance
From the temperatures our heatsinks can withstand to the coast-resilient powder coating of our finishes, our products are designed in Australia to suit all climates and environments.
Our luminaires undergo rigorous testing, including operational and aging tests. They are also tested in a thermal chamber at 45°C to ensure suitability in extreme conditions. With Unios luminaires, you can be confident of their longevity and durability wherever you use them.
A select range of Unios luminaires is fabricated with precision and care, delivering the quality assurance of Australian design and production. It's what we call a labour of love and light from Australia. With Australian-crafted products, the turnaround is significantly less from procurement to installation.

Origin Story
Paley Ho, equipped with two sketches on some fax paper out of his dad's office, has an idea to build an LED lighting brand during the early days of LED adoption. He made up his mind and started the transformation from an auditor to a lighting entrepreneur.
