Located in Hanoi City of Vietnam, this apartment is truly one of a kind in making architectural signatures through statement-worthy artworks and grandeur furniture pieces.
Throughout the living and hallway area, artworks and installations are skillfully arranged. Moving away from a traditional gallery approach with many small pieces, Vinhomes Hanoi Residence curated a few large scale paintings to add depth and focality to the space without overwhelming the wall with clutter. Tying together perfectly with other interior elements like furniture textile, sculpture and ornaments, is the ambience illuminance provided by the Kobe track light that balances the overall compositions, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. In addition, the Kobe track puts the light source further from the artwork, creating a subtle lighting effect unobtrusive to the viewing experience. With a CRI 92+, it accurately renders the detail while focusing attention on the paintings rather than the lighting.
The interior designer, QBI Corporation, utilised timber as the primary material colour throughout the dining and living and sensibly accented the space with furniture articles in darker and complementary shades — from dark grey sofas to light ebony tables. Simple yet elegant, the Titanium and Apex Adjustable Downlight were carefully curated to effectively highlight and add visual complexity to the space and maintain a sense of aesthetic coherence. In addition, with its ability to rotate up to 350° and tilt up to 45°, the Apex Adjustable Downlight is the ideal solution to precisely light up artwork and sculptures.
In private studies and bedrooms, the Particle Downlight provides ambience illumination atop worktables and bedsides. As the final touch, the Aeon Flex linear light emits subtle, indirect light from behind the circular mirror to create a warm and intimate atmosphere.
Following a contemporary, sophisticated, yet timeless aesthetic, every part of Vinhomes Hanoi Apartment was uniquely designed to represent the owner’s appreciation of creating artistic statements through interior curation.
