### Creating visual harmony with coloured lighting and reflective materials

The design is deeply connected to water and plumbing, incorporating elements such as copper pipes and reflective surfaces resembling water. Notably, the rippled corrugated iron with a 3M pearlescent finish, accompanied by coloured lighting in the ground floor lift lobby, adds a stunning visual highlight. 

The ground-to-first-floor staircase features a curvaceous white ribbon design. The unique wayfinding design creates a hub, encouraging visibility and connection throughout the office space and allowing occupants to sit and connect. The first-to-sixth-floor staircase boasts a utilitarian, minimal black steel structure.

### A seamless blend of steel, glass, and lighting innovation at Reece HQ

Situated on a corner site, [Reece HQ](https://www.reece.com.au/) combines the preservation of the former Rosella factory with a new seven-storey modern steel and glass structure, resulting in a refined and sophisticated industrial ambience. Each floor is thoughtfully tailored to accommodate specific activities, with the top level serving as a versatile event area, complete with an outdoor terrace. 

Reece's architectural lighting ethos is focused on adaptability, as the office incorporates a range of **Kobe Track Lights** and **Titanium Downlights** to create a sense of coherence with the industrial open ceiling. Much like its interior and architectural intent, the lighting approach supports health and wellbeing, complementing the future-forward integration of technological convenience, such as smart screens providing information of the company history to train timetables. Through intensive collaborative efforts between industry experts, Reece HQ is a space that needs to be seen to be believed as it raises the bar in workplace design and construction.
