Upon entering, visitors are welcomed into a warm zone that defines the initial portion of the office. Floor-to-ceiling windows adorn the space with natural light during the day, with a gentle yet exciting view of the vibrant Fitzroy. This space is a hub for informal gatherings, complete with a well-appointed kitchen and inviting seating areas. The overall aesthetic is grounded by cork material, thoughtfully integrated into kitchen cabinetry, custom benches, and tables, possibly complemented by a burnished concrete floor. The space features the **ION R Suspended Downlight** with the signature Stealth Metallic baffle for ambience lighting needs. 

Going further into the office space, the interior features a cool-toned palette with a soft grey carpet, setting the tone for two meeting rooms and an open-plan workstation area. In this space, the **LX Infinity Indirect** maintains ambience while providing low-glare task light for the workspaces. Throughout, the structural concrete pillars play host to steel structures, creating a unique space for plants to thrive and grow.

To pay homage to Unios' headquarters and highlight Melbourne's unique features, an engaging mural adorns the open-plan office, showcasing various Unios highlights and iconic Melbourne landmarks.
