Their approach was to touch lightly, minimise waste and reduce their carbon footprint by reusing where possible, creating a modern, sustainable workspace that captures the nostalgic heritage of the buildings. The **Kobe Track Lights** are utilised throughout the space to produce focused pools of lights on functional surfaces like meeting tables, workspaces, and interior features.

The site’s industrial heritage was celebrated through the use of materials – timber, metal and brick, with the design expertise of Woods Bagot. Refined finishes included woven metalwork, hand-stitched leather details and solid timber joinery that paid tribute to the original craftsmanship of the building’s history as a hat manufacturer. Instead of its typical ceiling application, the **Kobe Spotlights** are surface mounted on the wall. With its sleek and minimal design, the Kobe add an elegant touch to the office interior and locker space to highlight objects and surfaces, delivering an aesthetically coherent and practical lighting solution.

For the outdoor space, the Compass Inground Uplights provides upward luminance throws that create an elegant contrast between the dark and light.
